The participants of the contest (competitors for the contest prizes) can be both professional teams and separate physical persons. To take part in the contest, advertisement companies and web studios, production companies, Internet grounds, customer’s representatives and other representatives of the communication industry.

The application should reflect the work made by an agency or an advertiser, as well as the interaction of creative and media agencies; key authors of the project should be indicated in it.

Within the Contest framework, two application forms are stipulated:
  • Form 1 for INTERNATIONAL NOMINATIONS and FESTIVAL NOMINATIONS — CAMPAIGNS
  • Form 2 for FESTIVAL NOMINATIONS — INTERACTIVE INSTRUMENTS
If several performers worked at the project, only one of them has the right to apply for the contest after the preliminary agreement with all the concerned parts. In case application is made by several performers at the same time, the first application is accepted for the contest.

The presented work should be original, or the participant should have the legal right to present it.

The company presentation: the contest participant who makes an application should present all the strategic and creative partners who took part at the campaign, as well as indicate the advertiser.

Introduction: a participant can introduce 10 main team members. Please mention all the main members of the advertiser’s and the agency’s team and be sure of their names written correctly. This information will also be represented in the prize informational materials.

The festival directorate reserves the right to transfer works from one nomination to another, if it should be found more suitable. The jury members are forbidden to transfer works from one nomination to another while refereeing.

All the information, including the campaign name, name of the advertiser, agency, and presentation, should be written correctly, according to the Red Apple MIXX application terms.

Participants should make sure that they have presented all the demanded materials in the demanded form. Any missing information can cause disqualification.

Every project is estimated from the advertisement point of view.

For the contest, works are accepted which were created from August 2009 to August 2010 and sent to the Festival directory during this period.

For the contest, works are accepted which were accepted by the customer.

Every participant has the right to send to the contest an unlimited number of works, each of them estimated independently.

Participants can take part in any number of categories and represent several campaigns in one category.

In case the participant presents several works, each work is paid separately, taking into account the existing discounts.

Works sent in formats not indicated in the rules or wrongly designed, may be rejected.

Original works are not returned.

When designing works, the participant company logo must not be used. Works should be presented in two languages, Russian and English.

Sending (delivery) of works is performed at the sender’s expense.

Only the information filled in the registration forms and application forms at the site will be spread and voiced in case of your entering the short list or the list of the festival laureates. Make sure the information is complete and true.

Please check attentively the project team membership. If you enter the short list or become the winner, these data will be published. Any changes of the data after August 2010 will be paid separately.

It is in your interests to give the translation of words or phrases which are a part of your dialect, informal language, or local slang.

Material Use: Presenting a project, participants pass to the organizers the right to use project information and materials for events, publications, etc., in order to popularize the contest and the festival. Confidential information may be specially marked; in that case the prize organizers take it into consideration.
